Crafted in the highlands of Jalisco at the award-winning NOM 1417 Casa de LUXUR begins with carefully selected 7-8 year mature agave plants, harvested at peak ripeness from the region's rich red soils.

Tasting notes

Bottled at 100 proof, 100% agave, and entirely additive free, this expression offers layered notes of cooked agave , caramel, citrus, and pepper intertwined with oak, toasted vanilla and subtle dried fruit.

The process

Prepared through autoclave cooking and steel tahona extraction, the tequila is fermented and distilled with deep natural spring water in copper pot stills to achieve exceptional depth and purity. It is then aged in American whiskey barrels, allowing time to impart bold character, before undergoing charcoal filtration for a signature smooth finish.
